JAH GOMM is a collaboration between James Alec Hardy (James III) and Dan Allison (GOMM; BAG; Brickface).

There has been an ongoing creative connection between the two artists spanning some 15 years. Both have consistently worked in corners of DIY, drone, punk and noise. And now they have arrived here, as JAH GOMM, at 211215.

JAH GOMM explores textures and layers of worldbuilding, while concurrently dismantling them. 211215 is a simultaneous meeting of architects and vandals; an exploration of sound as physical; noise as structure; distortion as environment.

The ingredients of JAH GOMM..

JAMES ALEC HARDY has been performing since 2002. His practice is experimental analogue video production, cross-connected with live sound manipulation. His visual language and screen-culture critique has recently immersed his production into metaverse spaces utilising blockchain technologies, where he is paving the way for sound design and performance to evolve.

DAN ALLISON explores the substratum of sound in various audio-based projects, most committedly in sound and spoken word project BAG, also released via Bloxham Tapes. His debut as GOMM was released via Sensory Leakage in 2021.
